Please note: We currently only ship to the United Kingdom and France.
Please be aware that no orders are processed over the weekend or Bank Holidays.
Please be aware we are unable to ship items to military bases worldwide.
UK Orders (2-5 working days* for delivery)
Orders under £50 will ship via Royal Mail and will not be assigned a tracking number.
Orders
over £50 or heavier items will ship via a Courier (UK & Europe only). Centro RC uses one
of the following courier services: UPS, TNT or DPD. This service usually
takes no more than 24 hours from point of dispatch.
Please note: Delivery times can vary and sometimes be
delayed but we work closely with Royal Mail and courier companies to
make sure we offer the best service possible.
International Orders (4-8 working days* for delivery)
Orders generally under £50 will ship via Royal Mail Air Mail and will not be assigned a tracking number.
Orders
over £50 or heavier items will ship via a Courier. Centro RC uses one
of the following courier services: UPS, TNT or DPD.
Please note: Delivery times can vary and sometimes be
delayed but we work closely with Royal Mail and courier companies to
make sure we offer the best service possible.
Please note: It is your responsibility to pay any fees
(including taxes) charged by your local customs or postal office. These
are not covered in the shipping charge.
*Working days are Monday to Friday except where this falls on a Bank Holiday.
Please Note: Lithium batteries MUST be shipped using a courier service.
FAQ
Can I change my delivery address once my order has been submitted online?
Unfortunately
once you have submitted your order you will be unable to change
delivery address online. Not to worry! Just give us a call on +44 (0)1527 575349 and, as long as your order has not already left the building, we will update your delivery address.
Can I cancel my order?
You
are unable to cancel deliveries once orders have been dispatched and
any unwanted goods will need to be returned upon arrival. On receipt of
the delivery please contact Customer Service team to arrange for a
returns authorisation reference number. In line with ‘The Consumer
Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges)
Regulations’, we will accept items back even if you have opened the
goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you
inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the
day after the delivery of goods.
How do I track my Delivery?
Orders which have been sent by one of our courier partners can be tracked using the relevant courier web site.
Please
Note: Royal Mail standard delivery is not available for tracking.
Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery of standard Royal Mail postal
deliveries.
What happens to my order if I am not there to receive my parcel?
If
there is no one to receive your parcel, whether it is being delivered
by Royal Mail or by courier, a card will be posted through your door
advising of a delivery attempt. There will be a contact telephone number
on there for your local branch. If you telephone the number on the card
you will be able to re-book a delivery day, or arrange to pick the
parcel up from the depot.
Do I have to be there to sign for my delivery?
Orders
sent via Royal Mail will not require a signature although someone may
need to be home to accept the delivery should the packaging be too large
to post. Deliveries made by courier will always require a signature.
Can I have a separate delivery address to my billing address?
The
Address you gave when you first registered your account online is your
invoice or card holder address. You may change your delivery address
after your first order, but your invoice or card holder address must
always match the address registered to any card you use on this site.
Help, there's something missing from my delivery.
Should
you have any query regarding the delivery of your order, this should be
made to Centro within 30 calendar days after your order/dispatch or
from receiving a credit account statement.
